hearing, Petitioner Cynthia Epler is appointed the tempora~
plenary guardian of the person and estate of Alan Christopher
Epler.
The time and place for the hearing on the
petition for appointment of plenary guardian of the estate and
person of the alleged incapacitated person is scheduled for
August 14, 2008, at 3:30 p.m., in Courtroom No. 3, Cumberland
County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days written notice of the
hearing shall be given to Alan Christopher Epler, the alleged
incapa~~itated person, for the purpose of the hearing to
establish permanent plenary guardianship of his person and
estate, by personally serving him with the Citation and this
Order of Court and a copy of the petition, together with an
explanation of the content and terms of the petition.
Furthermore, at least ten (10) days written notice of the
permanent petition and hearing shall be given to the next of kin
and to the following parties in interest:

Notice shall be given either personally or by registered or
certified mail.

Pending said hearing, the appointment of Cynthia Epler
as temporary plenary guardian shall remain in full force and
