CONFESSED JUDGMENT COMPLAINT
Plaintiff ties this Complaint pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. No. 2951Co) for Confession of Judgment and avers the
following:
1. Plaintiff is Pennsylvania State Bank Leasing, a corporation duly organiTed and existing under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal office and place of business at 2148 Market Street, Post
Office Box 457, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17001-0487.
2. Defendant, Keg Ann Ancorp., is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Maryland, with an office and place of business at 3173 Main Street, Manchester, Maryland 21102, and is now
or formerly was doing business as House of Pasta.
3. Defendant, Jagtar Randhawa, is an adult individual, maintaining an address of 3173 Main Street,
Manchester, Maryland 21102.
4. On or about November 7, 2000, Defendant, Keg Ann Corp., did execute a Lease Agreement with
Plaintiff. Said Lease Agreement was submitted to Plaintiff's home office in Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, approved at said offices and accepted at said offices, thereby creating situs in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.

5. Attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a true and correct copy of the original Lease
Agreement duly executed by Defendant, Keg Ann Corp. as Lessee.
6. Attached hereto at Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a true and correct copy of the original
Guaranty of Lease duly executed by Defendant, Jagtar Randhawa as Personal Guarantor.
7. The attached instruments have not been assigned.
8. Judgment has not been entered on the attached instruments in any jurisdiction.
9. The Defendant, Keg Ann Corp., is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $10,505.21 for the balance
due and owing under the Lease Agreement for which payment has not been received when due and payable, which
constitutes a default thereunder whereby Plaintiff exercises its option to declare the entire balance covered by the
within instrument immediately due and payable.
10. The Defendant, Jagtar Randhawa, as Personal Guarantor, is indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of
$10,505.21 for the balance due and owing under the Lease Agreement by Keg Ann Corp., which constitutes a default
thereunder whereby Plaintiff exercises its option to declare the entire balance covered by the within instrument
immediately due and payable.

13. By reason of the foregoing, P~nt~ ~ entitled to Judgment in the full amount of the indebtedness
to Plaintiff, all of which appears by reference to the attached instrument, and by reason of Defendants' default in
the sum of $10,505.21.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment in the sum of $10,404.21, plus interest thereon from the date
of Judgment as authorized by the warrant appearing in the attached instrument.
