STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS PETER L. RIGGIO AND SARAH K. RIGGIO entered into a contract with

to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in NORTH NEWRON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc. Dated and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Peter L. Riggio and Sarah K. Riggio.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in North Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on line of the Heim Court cul-de-sac at corner of Lot 7 on
the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot 7, South 51 degrees 19
of John D. and Ann B. Zimmerman; thence by said land now of formerly of John D. and
Ann B. Zimmerman, North 56 degrees 50 minutes 24 seconds West, 25.39 feet to an
existing post; thence by same, North 58 degrees 35 minutes 29 seconds West, 54.79 feet
to an existing post; thence by same, North 72 degrees 13 minutes 55 seconds West, 98.47
feet to an existing post; thence by same, North 75 degrees 15 minutes 24 seconds West,
168.60 feet to an existing post; thence by same, North 66 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds
East, 198.73 feet to an iron pin set at corner of Lot 9 on the hereinafter described
subdivision plan; thence by said Lot 9, South 71 degrees 23 minutes 07 seconds East,
226.67 feet to an iron pin set on the western edge of the Heim Court cul-de-sac; thence by
said Heim Court cul-de-sac, by a curve to the left on a circle having a radius of 60.00
feet, an arc distance of 60.00 feet, and a long chord bearing of South 10 degrees O1
minutes 59 seconds East, 57.53 feet to an iron pin set, the place of BEGINNING.
The above description was taken from a final subdivision plan for W. Irvin Nelson and Jason E.
Garner, dated August 19, 2005, and revised December 1, 2005, prepared by Eric L. Diffenbaugh,
Professional Land Surveyor, which plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 92, at page 40. The above described lot is
identified as Lot 8 on said Plan.
