Christopher J. Niceley, being duly sworn deposes and says as follows:
Christopher J. Niceley is the Administrator c.t.a. of the Estate of Donald N. White as
appointed by the Bronx County Surrogate's Court, Letters so appointing the said
Christopher J. Niceley being filed to the above captioned Estate, which Letters remain in
full force and effect;
Christopher J. Niceley desires to exercise within the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, authority vested by 20 Pa. C.S. §4101 and has complied with the
provisions of said statute;
After diligent search and inquiry, Christopher J. Niceley states that so far as he
has be able to discover, the above named decedent is not indebted to any person in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and that the said Christopher J. Niceley will not
exercise any power which he would not be permitted toe ci in the jurisd~cti of his
appointment.
