entered into rzzeaningful settlement negotiations in the case. Consequent)}~, Attozx~ley Lowell Gates
has agreed with nee that the hearing which is currently scheduled for tomorrow, July 9, 2008, at 1:30
p.m. should be continued generally. We would prefer to reschedule the hearing if and when it
becomes necessazy. Consequently, both parties respectfully request that the Court. continue the
matter generally until further notice. If you have any questions regarding this request, both M.r.
