AND NOW, this /0 ` day of ~,,,~ 2008, upon consideration of
Petition to Settle a Small Estate Pursuant to the Probate, Estate and Fiduciaries Code Act of
1972, Section 3102, filed by Petitioner, Sylvia Stone, successor Executrix in the Estate of
Margaret F. Collins, it is hereby ORDERED that a Decree of Distribution is entered, awarding to
Petitioner the assets of the Estate, as agent of Decedent's Estate, for the purpose of:
1. To pay the debts, expenses and Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax due of the decedent, and
the cost of this Petition, in the total sum of $652.32; and
2. In accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of decedent to distributed
equally to her five children, each, the sum of $115.96. The share intended for Delphin
"Skip" Collins to be held in Trust by, Richard Collins, Trustee.
