We are writing to request a Waiver to the three day waiting period for a marriage
license. Our wedding date is scheduled for Monday, December 29, 2008 and the
ceremony is to be held at the Old Carlisle Ribbon Mill on 320 East Louther Street,
Carlisle, PA. We will fly from Oregon to Pennsylvania on December 23`~ and this is
the earliest date we can arrive. Due to circumstances revolving around the holiday
season and government office closings, the three day waiting period is not
manageable for us. Please accept our petition to waive this waiting period.
