COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Yoffe & Yoffe, P.C. (Attorney), a law firm
located at 214 Senate Avenue, Suite 203, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
2. Defendants are Silent Partner Group and Gables Mortgage
Trust located at 18 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12566-0827.
3. Defendants engaged Attorney to represent them in
litigation involving them and the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy proceeding of
At The Gables, Inc., which Bankruptcy was and is being administered in
the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of
Pennsylvania.
4. Attorney performed legal services for Defendant pertaining
to the above, which included advising Defendants, representation at a
hearing on June 20, 2001, calls and correspondence and sundry other
services as outlined in the bills submitted, a copy of same being
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
5. Attorney.s bills of June 21, 2001 and October 22, 2001
have never been paid.
6. Defendants were charged $15.88 by the stenographic
reporter engaged by Attorney on behalf of Defendants for the June 20,
2001 hearing, but also have never been paid by Defendants.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment against Defendants in
the sum of $2,108.38.
