RE: Estate of Gertrude G. Burkholder
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is regarding the Renunciation of the heirs of Gertrude
Burkholder. All of Gertrude Burkholder's children support that Larry
Burkholder be appointed as Administrator of their mother's Estate.
Please note there was a clerical error in the paperwork recently
submitted, that had inadvertently omitted Larry Burkholder's name in
the document., All of his siblings renounced the right to administer the
Estate of the Decedent and respectfully request that Letters be issued to
Larry Burkholder. If you have any questions regarding this matter,
please contact my office.
