WHEREAS, DAVID B. SKLAR and CYNTHIA H. SKLAR, of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with OLDE
FORGE BUILDERS, INC., of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
building upon a lot of land situate, lying and being in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and limited in accordance with Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, on ~ ~ 4 2008, at the time of and
immediately before the execution of t e principal contract, and before any authority has
been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to
Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building
and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland, and CommonweaMh of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as folbws, to
wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southwesterly line of Ram Road 50 feet wide which said point
is in the dNrisbn line between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on the hereinafter mentbned Plan ofi Lots;
thence abng the divisbn line between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on said Plan South 43 degrees 15
minutes 00 seconds West, 150.00 feet to a point; thence abng the divisbn line between
lots Nos. 3 and 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots South 46 degrees 45 minutes
00 seconds East, 110 feet do a point in the Northwesterly line of Zenu Road (f30 feet wide);
thence abng the Northwesterly IMe of Zenu Road, North 43 degrees 15 minutes OO
seconds East 120.00 feet to a point marked by a monument; thence continuing abng the
same in a Northerly direction by the arc of a circle curving to the left, said circle having a
radius of 30.00 feet, the arc distance of 47.12 feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of
Ram Road aforesaid; thence abng the Southwesterly line of Road North 48 degrees 45
minutes 00 seconds West, 80.00 feet to a point in the divisbn line between Lots Nos. 3 and
4 on the hereinafter mentbned Plan of Lots, first above merWoned, at the point and place
of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 3 Section 1 on the Plan of Sheepford Crossing, which said Plan is recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 47, Page 114.
