within Petition, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Kathy Laughman, Administratrix of the Estate
of Larry Laughman, deceased, is authorized to sell the real estate of decedent located at 66 East Main
Street, Walnut Bottom, South Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Kathy
Laughman, wife of the Decedent, for the sum of $103,000.00, and further that Petitioner, in her
capacity as Administratrix of decedent's Will, is authorized to make, acknowledge and deliver the
Deed conveying the real estate aforesaid upon receipt of the purchase price recited in the Petition.
