On April 1411, 2003, an agreement was signed between Shirley Ackerman and Michael Yurek concerning the purchase of a car by Shirley from Michael. The car was for Kristina Hamme, granddaughter of Shirley who lives with Shirley. 4. At the time the agreement was signed, Shirley Ackerman gave Michael Yurek a check in the agreed upon amount of $1,600 as a down payment. Balance to be paid by Kristina Hamme, minor daughter of Traci Hamme, who is living with Michael. 5. The balance owed the bank by Michael was to be paid off to gain access to the title of the car. 6. The title was to be signed and turned over to Shirley but to remain under Michael's name until the car was paid for. 7. Suddenly, Traci Hamme, Kristina's mother and living with Michael in Lancaster at that time, got a job in Carlisle and decided she needed the car for driving to work. This amounted to about 135 miles to 140 miles per day put on the car which already had more than 150,000 miles on it give or take. 9. Efforts to get possession of the car were not successful.... also efforts to get the $1,600 back were not successful. Date: March 18, 2004 Shirley Ac rman C? On April 14, 2003, an agreement was signed between Shirley Ackerman, Kristina Hamme and Michael Yurek. 2. At the time of the agreement Shirley Ackerman made a $1600 deposit on a 1992 Mazda Protdg6 being sold for $2600. 3. The balance of $1000 was going to be paid by Kristina Hamme, Granddaughter of Shirley Ackerman. 4. Kristin, daughter of Traci Hamme, Granddaughter of Shirley Ackerman, which lives with Shirley because of her having physical custody of Kristina for the past 16 years. 5. At the time of the agreement the balance owed to the bank was $1600 but there was $250 of interest also owed. Shirley was informed. 6. The vehicle was to remain in Michael's possession until payments were made on a regular basis. Payments were never made. 7. Michael did obtain a job in the Carlisle area and did move closer to his job. 8. On March 16, 2004 a hearing with DJ Shulenberger was set and Shirley Ackerman failed to show. And she failed to call as well. 9. Counter suit filed for work done around Shirley's house. Payment of $1 was paid. Services for the work done equals to the amount of $1876. ? N i C ? Curtis R.
