' ~' I, WILLIAM A. DEAN, of South Hanover Township, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will, hereby
revoking all prior wills and codicils.
ITEM I. I direct that all my lust debts, any expenses
that may have resulted from my last illness, and my funeral ex-
penses shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after
my decease.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
whether real or personal, and wherever the same may be situate or
located, to my wife, LOIS M. DEAN. If my wife, Lo~s M. Dean,
does not survive me then I dispose of my property as set forth
· n the following ~tems of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM III. I direct my Executor, named hereafter, to
afford my children, MICHAEL W. DEAN and CATHY ANN MOYER, the right
to divide among themselves the ~tems of tangible personal property
that I own at the time of my death. However, my children shall
only have ~a per~od of four weeks from the date of my death to
make this d~str~but~on and if they have not accomplished it within
that time, their r~ght to so dlvide that tangible personal propert5
shall lapse. Then, my Executor shall proceed to convert all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate into cash. S~mllarly,
if my children do accomplish th~s d~str~bution of my tangible
personal property, when that distribution has been completed,
my Executor shall proceed to, as above, convert the residue of
my estate into cash. This conversion shall be at either public
or private sale or sales and such a sale or sales shall be upon
the terms and conditions my Executor deems best. When this con-
version has been completed, I

ITEM IV. I appoint THE FARMERS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
OF HUMMELSTOWlq, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, as guardian of the
estate of any manor who becomes a beneficiary under this Will and
with powers to:
(a) Receive and hold for such minor or minors
all property payable by law to a guardian appointed
by my Will;
(b) Invest such property and all accumulated
income without restriction to investments authorized
for fiduciaries; and
(c) Use Income and principal for the minor's main-
tenance and education, either directly or by payment to
any person having custody of the minor and which person
is undertaking the minor's education and maintenance.
Payment to such a person and receipt thereof shall be a
complete acquittance of the guardian. All unexpended
principal and income shall be paid to the m~nor at has
majority.
Said guardian may, in discharge of all~ty hereunder, pay
any minor's share deemed impractical of administration to the per-
son standing ~n place of the minor's parent or deposit at in an
interest bearing savings account an the name of the manor.
ITEM V. I appoint my son, MICHAEL W. DEAN, as the
Executor of my Will. If Michael W. Dean fails to survive me,
or ~s unable or unwilling to serve an this capacity, then I
appoint my daughter, CATHY ANN MOYER, as the Executrix of my Will.

Executor or Executrix and any guardian acting hereunder shall
have the fullest power and authority in all matters and questions
and to do all acts whach I maght or could do if living, including,

cession, and other death taxes of any nature,,payable by reason of
my death, which may be assessed or imposed upon or wath respect to
property passing under this Will or property not passang under this
Will, shall be paid out of my estate as an expense of administratior
and no part of said taxes shall be apportaoned or prorated to any
legatee or devlsee under this Wall or any person owning or receivin¢
any property not passing under this Will.

agreements as appear of record.
TOGETHER with all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments and

right, rifle, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in, or to the above-described premises,

I, WILLIAM A. DEAN, of South Hanover Township, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to he my Last Will, hereby
revoking all prior wills and codicils.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts, any expenses
that may have resulted from my last illness, and my funeral ex-
penses shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after
my decease.
ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
whether real or personal, and wherever the same may be situate or
located, to my wife, LOIS M. DEAN. If my wife, Lois M. Dean,
does not survive me then I dispose of my property as set forth
in the following items of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM III. I direct my Executor, named hereafter, to
afford my children, MICHAEL W. DEAN and CAT~Y ANN MOYER, the right
to divide among themselves the items of tangible personal property
that I own at the time of my death. However, my children shall
only have a period of four weeks from the date of my death to
make this distribution and if they have not accomplished it within
that time, their right to so divide that tangible personal proper~
shall lapse. Then, my Executor shall proceed to convert all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate into cash. Similarl~
if my children do accomplish this distribution of my tangible
personal property, when that distribution has been completed,
my Executor shall proceed to, as above, convert the residue of
my estate into cash. This conversion shall be at either public
or private sale or sales and such a sale or sales shall be upon
the terms ~nd conditions my Executor deems best. When this con-
version has been completed, I give and bequeath the net proceeds
therefrom to my two children, named above, in equal shares, per
stirpes.
ITEM IV. I appoint THE FARMERS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
OF HUMMELSTOWN, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, as guardian of the
estate of any minor who becomes a beneficiary under this Will and
with powers to:
(a) Receive and hold for such minor or minors
all property payable by law to a guardian appointed
by my Will;
(b) Invest such property and all accumulated
income without res~iction to investments authorized
for fiduciaries; and
tenan~) Use income and principal for the minor's main-
and education, either directly or by payment to
any person having custody of the minor and which person
is undertaking the minor's education and maintenance.
Payment to such a person and receipt thereof shall be a
complete acquittance of the guardian. All unexpended
principal and income shall be paid to the minor at his
majority.
Said guardian may, in discharge of all~ty hereunder, pay
any minor's share deemed impractical of administration to the per-
son standin9 in place of the minor's parent or deposit it in an
interest bearing savings account in the name of the minor.
ITEM V. I appoint my son, MICHAEL W. DEA~, as the
Executor of my Will. If Michael W. Dean fails to survive me,
or is unable or unwilling to serve in this capacity, then I
appoint my daughter, CAT~Y ANN MOYER, as the Executrix of my Will.

ITEM VI. In addition to powers given them by law, my
Executor or Executrix and any guardian acting hereunder shall
have the fullest power and authority in all matters and questions
and to do all acts which I might or could do if living, including,
without limitation, complete power and authority to invest (without
restriction to investments permitted by law), sell (at public or
private sale, for cash or credit, with or without security), mort-
gage, lease and dispose of and distribute in kind, all property,
real and personal, at such times and upon such terms and conditions
as they may deem advisable.
ITEM VII. No fiduciary, acting hereunder as Executor or
Executrix or as a guardian, shall be required to post bond or enter
security in this or any other jurisdiction.
ITEM VIII. Ail estate, inheritance, transfer, legacy, suc-
cession, and other death taxes of any nature, payable by reason of
my death, which may be assessed or imposed upon or with respect to
property passing under this Will or property not passing under this
Will, shall be paid out of my estate as an expense of administratior
and no part of said taxes shall be apportioned or prorated to any
legatee or devisee under this Will or any person owning or receivin~
any property not passing under this Will.

the tax paid is allaaad.
The leg tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the tote! of the tax and interest assessed, and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the and of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same time period as you would appeal the tax and interest

Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of
