The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent, an adoptive parent,
or a stepparent of the child is 0% [72 P.S. §9116(a)(1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal benef c aries is 4.5%, except as noted in 72 P.S. §9116(1.2) [72 P.S. §9116(a)(1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is 12% [72 P.S. §9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling is defined, under Section 9102, as an
individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

disposing ~nind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST
WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking auy and all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.

I declare that I am not ~narried and that I have no children.

I direct that all ~ny just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid fi'om my residuary estate as
soon as practicable after my decease.

I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature
and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.

I am the owner of certain real property located at 74 Beachcliff Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pem~sylvania. My brother and his wife, HARRY and VIVIAN NOSS currently reside at
this property. I hereby devise to each of them a life estate in my real property. Upon the death of
the survivor of them, or upon both }larry and Vivian vacating the property for a continuous ninety
(90) day period, the remainder interest in this real property is to pass to my nieces, MAILJORIE
JOHNSON, SHARON JOPd)AN and PATRIC1A RUTH, in fee simple, iii equal shares, per stirpes.

I hereby bequest to YOUNG'S UNITED METIIODISq' CHURCH, located on Wertzville
Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania the sum of Five thousand ($5,000.00) dollars, or
ten (10%) percent of my net estate, whichever is less.

I am the trust officer administering the above trust. As we discussed, there was
undistributed income of $713.98 on hand as of Mae Noss' date of death, which is payable to
her estate.
Enclosed for signature by the Executrix of the estate is a Receipt, Release and
Indemnification Agreement. By signing the release, Sharon Jordan waives her right to a full
accounting of the trust, acknowledges receipt of the sum as indicated, and releases the Bank
from any and all liability as Trustee of the trust. If this meets with her approval, please have
her sign the release where indicated and have the release notarized.
Please also provide me with a copy of Sharon Jordan's appointment as Executrix.
Also enclosed is a Form W-9 for the estate. If it appears to be in order, please have the
executrix sign and date it where indicated, and return it to me together with the signed
release and a copy of the Court appointment in the postpaid envelope provided.
