STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEM NT made the ~ day of , 2008 by and between
Eshenaur's Fue s hereinafter referred to as Cont cto ),
AND
Kathy Hoover ereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and
agreed to erect and construct a housing rehabilitation project at 734 Erford Road, Camp
Hill, PA, Cumb nand County.
NOW THEREF RE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for
and in consider tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to and in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
Agreement afo said, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting
through or and r them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintai ed by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurte ant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished
by them or any f them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erection and co struction of the said buildings on the lot above described and the said
Contractor, for hemselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby
expressly waiv and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims again t the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument,
waiving the rig t of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
