MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
COMES NOW, Amy Seaman by and through her attorney, John F. Lyons, Esquire,
who respectfully represents as follows:
1. Amy Seaman is the daughter of the decedent.
2. On or about May 8, 2008, Amy Seaman filed an appeal from an Order of the
Register of V`Jills granting authority to Long Meadows Townehouses Association, Inc. to act
as the Administrator of the Estate of Marci J. Hollenback upon appropriate Petition to the
Register.
3. The Register issued a Citation and Rule to Show Cause why Amy Seaman,
as the adult daughter of decedent, should not be permitted, upon appropriate execution
and filing of probate documents for the Estate of Marci J. Hollenback.
4. The Citation was served upon the interested parties by the Register of Wills
on May 14,2008.
WHEREFORE, Amy Seaman requests that a Decree be issued setting aside the
prior order permitting Long Meadow Townehouses Association, Inc. to qualify and
permitting Amy Seaman to qualify as the Administratrix of the Estate of Marci J. Hollenback
upon appropriate execution and filing of probate documents with the Cumberland County
Register of Wills.
