evidence that Charles C. Awkerman is a totally incapa~?~i.tata~ -.

person in need of plenary guardianship services. The court finds
that Mr. Awkerman, age 87, suffers from a serious dementia.
These conditions along with other various health problems,
including heart and lung disease, totally impair his capacity to
receive and evaluate information effectively and to make and
communicate decisions regarding the management of his finances,
his health and safety. Accordingly, Paula Snyder and Linda
Cavanagh are appointed plenary guardians of the person and estate
of Charles Awkerman. Charles Awkerman is adjudged an
incapacitated person. The posting of bond in this matter will be
waived. The guardians are directed to file reports in accordance
with the provisions of the Probate Estates and Fiduciary Code
applicable to such guardianships. It is further ordered and
directed that the proposed sale of Charles C. Awkerman's real
property located at 34 Abbey Court, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, 17015, to Mary L. Crull for the sales price of
$140,900.00 is approved.
