Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Stephen Michael
Long and Susan Murphy Long, ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including
improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows:

for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered f-rom March 2, 2007 through July 2 ~, 2008. Said
services were rendered and charged pursuant to Ilampden Township Code of Ordinances
Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Pari 1, as amended.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' accoupt
with the Claimant, which sum of $142.65 was duly assessed against the above Owners and
premises beginning March 2, 2007 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and
penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal
Authorities Act of.lune 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P_ S. ~ ~60L et se ., as supplemented and
amended and the Municipal Claims and "Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923. P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101,
