Seibert, of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Michael Manning & Associates, a Pennsylvania General Partnership of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point said point being located on the dedicated right-of-way line of Golfview Drive at the dividing line of Lot No. 78 and Lot No. 79; thence by the same North 46 degrees 11 minutes 47 seconds East, a distance of 150,00 feet to a comer common to Lot No. 78, Lot No. 95 and Lot No. 79; thence by the same, North 80 degrees 14 minutes 51 seconds East, a distance of 21.15 feet to a point on the legal right-of-way of Acri Road; thence by the same by a curve to the right having a radius of 1975.00 feet, an arc distance of 155.24 feet to a point on the legal right-of-way of Acri Road at the dividing line of Lot No. 80 and Lot No. 79; thence by the same South 74 degrees 50 minutes 39 seconds West, a distance of 110.60 feet to a point on the dedicated right-of-way line of Golfview Drive; thence by the same by a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet, an arc distance of 87.50 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 79 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Hickory Ridge, Phase III - Revised, said plan recorded in Plan Book 88, Page 88. CONTAINING 16,392.00 square feet. UNDER AND SUBJECT to all easements of record. NOW, the \ ~ day of March, 2004, at the time of and inmaediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been ~ven by the said Jererny S. Seibert and Hilary K.
