DUNDORE of 500 APPALACHIAN AVENUE, MECHANICSBURG Pennsylvania. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with HAUBERT HOMES, INC. of 15 CENTRAL BLVD., CAMP HILL Pennsylvania. for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOT #20 INVERNESS DRIVE, MECHANICSBURG, HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AS SET FORTH IN THE DEE DATED MARCH [,}._ , 2004 RECORDED AT DEED BOOK , PAGE , IN THE RECORDER"S OFFICE FOR CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND ATTACHED HERETO. NOW, MARCH 16, 2004 ~/~ . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with CONTRACTOR and the further consideration of One Dollar. to CONTRACTOR paid by OWNER . it ts agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, tbe right to file such liens being expressly waived. DUNDORE Exhibit "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point located on the northerly right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, Twenty-five Feet (25') from the centerline of the same and being a front property corner of Lot 21; THENCE along said Lot 21, North 38 Degrees 03 Minutes 27 Seconds West (N38°03'27"W) a distance of 127.83 feet to a point, said point being a corner of Lot 29; THENCE along said Lot 29, North 53 Degrees 21 Minutes 28 Seconds East (N53 °21 '28"E) a distance of 68.34 feet to a point, said point being a corner of Lot 19; THENCE along said Lot 19, South 51 Degrees 32 Minutes 30 Seconds East (S51°32'30"E) a distance of 115.00 feet to a point on said northerly right-of-way; THENCE along said northerly right-of-way, South 38 Degrees 27 Minutes 30 Seconds West (S38°27'30"W) a distance of 25.90 feet to a point; THENCE along the same, by a curve to the right having a radius of 300.00 feet an arc distance of 70.60 feet being subtended by a chord of South 45 Degrees 12 Minutes 02 Seconds West (S45° 12'02"W) a distance of 70.44 feet to a point, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
