AND NOW, this ~~ day of ~ ,2008, upon consideration of the
Motion of Decedent's daughter to make the Citation issued by Order of this Court dated
May 12, 2008 requiring the heirs of the decedent and those with a known interest in the
affairs and assets of the decedent to show cause why, if any they have, the Appeal of
Decedent's daughter, Amy Seaman, seeking to overturn the Decree of the Register of
Wills, dated January 17, 2008 permitting Long Meadows Townehouses Association, Inc.
be granted Letters of Administration, should not be granted and why such Letters of
Administration should not be issued to her, upon proper execution and filing of probate
documents. AND, it appearing that service upon the interested parties was made and no
c>bjection or response was filed IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Citation is made
absolute.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Register of Wills Decree of January 17, 2008
is overturned and upon proper execution and filing of probate documents, Amy Seaman,
the decedent's daughter, shall be granted Letters of Admini
