I., Matthew E. Baker am announcing to all parties concerned that I do not want to be the executor
of my father's (John E Baker) estate due to the work hours I put in at my full and part-time places
o~f employment. Also, I nevered settled an estate. I am confident that my wife, Deborah J Baker
h.as my best interest at heart at all times. Her work schedule allows her to have more times
available to work on settling the estate than my work schedule and she has the experience of
settling both of her parent's estates. The bank(PNC) wouldn't renounce their executorship to me
because I had no experience in settling an estate and they gave the executrix position to my wife,
Deborah Baker, which is fine with me.
Please accept this notorized letter in lue of me being present.
