Crosson ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 121 Reeser Road Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-21-0277 Parcel No.: 014 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from July 1, 2006 to July 29, 2008. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Ifampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant. which sum of $737.75 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning July 1, 2006 and for which sum, which includes interest. costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287. 53 P.
