Anna M. Messimer to appear and show cause, if any there be, why they should not be removed
immediately as co-Agents under the Power of Attorney for Robert G. Traver dated November
1 ~, 2005, and why Robert E. Traver should not be succeeding Agent under the Power of
Attorney together with such further relief as this Court determines to be appropriate; citation to
be served by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Lois J. Traver and Anna M. Messimer or
to Lowell R. Gates, Esquire, as her counsel.
A copy of the Petition shall be served with the citation.
