ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 31st day of July, 2008, the Court, by
order of even date herewith, having determined that the alleged
incapacitated person is in fact an incapacitated person, and said
order having appointed the Cumberland County Aging and Community
Services, in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as
Emergency Plenary Guardians of the Person and Estate of William
Gallagher, the powers of attorney executed by William Gallagher
in favor of Jeannie Cramer are hereby revoked and declared null
and void.
