WHEREAS, MICHAEL K. DOBRINOFF AND MARLENE F. DOBRINOFF, husband and wife,
entered into a contract dated the tJI~b day of
_ &00~ (hereinafter "Contract") with C & C CONSTRUCTION to provide materials~-~
perform labor necessary for the erection ora dwelling and/or structure, situate upon that certain lot
or piece ofgrotmd located at LOT #40~ WHISKEY SPRINGS ROAD, TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
MIDDLETON~ CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more
particularly described as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A".
Now therefore, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties, as part of the
Contract and for the consideration set forth therein, that neither the undersigned contractor, any
subcontractor or material man, nor any person fi~rnishing labor or materials to the contractor under
the contract may file a lien, commonly known as a "Mechanics Lien", for work done or materials
furnished to the said property or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requirements of Section 402 of the Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, codified
at 49 P.S. Section 1402 (Purdons 1965), and as amended, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, have set their

217, Page 153 granted and conveyed unto, IxJIARLENE F. DOBR1NOFF, a married person of York County,
Pennsylvania, Grantor(s) herein.
