ORDER
AND NOW, this ~~~ day of W , 2008, upon consideration. of the
foregoing Petition, IT IS ORDERED (a) that the renunciation of HERSHEY TRUST
COMPNAY as Co-Trustee under the Last Will and Testament, set forth in the foregoing
Petition is approved; (b) that Michael Cherewka, Esquire is hereby appointed Co-Trustee in
the trust created by the said Last Will and Testament; (c) that the Hershey Trust Company
shall be excused from filing an account in the aforementioned trust; (d) that the powers and
duties given to HERSHEY TRUST COMPANY under the aforesaid Trust Provision are
cancelled and the said powers and duties are hereby imposed upon Michael Cherewka,
Esquire; and (e) HERSHEY TRUST COMPANY is discharged from any and all liability for
the administration of the Trust.
