N0.2008 - ~f(vS3 MLD 810 MARKET STREET, LLC, Owner MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against 3810 Market LLC ("Owner") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned the Owner and described as follows: 3810 Market Street Camp Hill, PA 17011-4327 Tax Property Map: 10-21-0275 Parcel No.: 102 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from July 31, 2007 to July 31, 2008. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account with the Claimant, which sum of $2,604.72 was duly assessed against the above Owner and premises beginning July 31, 2007 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et se ., as supplemented and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN. P.C. and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, 53 P.S. § 7101, ., as supplemented and amended.
