Verney, Esquire, and respectfully represents as follows: 1. That your Petitioner is Lisa Marie Greason, an adult individual, who resides at 11 Sheraton Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. That your Petitioner is an adult individual over the age of 18. 3. That your Petitioner has been a resident of Pennsylvania since birth. 4. That your Petitioner has been married and has three children. 5. That your Petitioner desires to change her name for more appropriate reflection of the correct pronunciation from Greason to Grayson. 6. That your Petitioner has no fraudulent purpose in changing her surname, having no creditors (other than current accounts and student loans through Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, all of which she intends to honor) nor judgments, decrees or other process outstanding against her. WHEREFORE, pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. §702, your Petitioner respectfully requests your Honorable Court to order her name of Lisa Marie Greason to be changed to a new full name of Lisa Marie Grayson.
