BEGINNING at a point at the northeast corner of Thii°d and Edward Streets; thence
eastwardly along Edward Street 141 feet, 8 inches to a point in the center line
of a garage partition wall between the property herein described and property
now or late of A. W. Swengel; thence northwardly along the center line of said
garage partition wall 26 feet, 6 inches to a point on line of property new or
late of Carroll Price; thence westwardly along said last mentioned property
line a distance of 39 feet, 8 inches to another point on said property line;
thence northwardly 6 inches to another point on said last mentioned property line;
thence westwardly along said property line and part of the distance through the
center of a partition wall, 102 feet to a point on the eastern ~.ine of Third
Street; thence southwardly along the eastern line of Third Street to the point,
the place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED premises known and numbered 3101 North Third Street, and
three garages in the rear.
BEING THE SAME PREhff SES which Harry Weiner, et ux, by their deed dated tY,.e 11th
day of September, 1946, and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in a.nd for

conveyed unto Edith S. Weiner and Boris Weiner. The said Boris Weiner, et ux,
by their deed dated the 2nd day of June, 1947, and recorded in the Recorder of
