posing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and

and wheresoever the same may be situated, to my husband,
CLARENCE E. HALL, his heirs and assigns, absolutely and uncon-
ditionally.
In the event that my husband, CLARENCE E. HALL, should pre-
decease me, or should he die at about the same time as I do,
such as in an accident common to both of us, then in such event,
I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, real, personal
and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situated,
t:o my three children, to wit, BONivIE K. HETES, MICHAEL E. HALL
and TINA D. DEIBLER, share and share alike, per stirpes.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
CLAREi~TCE F'. HALL, Executor of this my Lust U7ill a.nc~. Testament,
and in the event that my said husband should predecease me, or
should he be unable to serve in such capacity for any reason,
then in such event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, TINA D. DEIBLER, Executrix of this my Last Will and
