JUDGEMENT NOTE

ON DEMAND, we, RODNEY P. MYERS and SYNTHIA J. MYERS, husband
and wife, of 738 Sandbank Road, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065, promise to pay to the
order of Constantinos J. Mallios of 715 Sandbank Rvad, Mount Holly Springs, PA
17065, the sum of Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred and 00/100 ($18,400.00) Dollazs,
with interest accruing thereon at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum, payable in
monthly payments of principal and interest as follows: $122.42 per month payable on the
1 Sc day of each and every month, with the first payment commencing January 1, 2010 and
continuing thereafter for thirty-six (36) months at which time the remaining balance of
principal and accrued interest shall become due and payable in full. Payments shall be
applied first to interest and the balance to principal. The obligation can be paid in full
without penalty at any time by tendering the unpaid principal and accrued interest to
Constantinos J. Mallios. The Debtors shall be jointly and severally liable for the debit.
And any secure the payment of said amount, we do hereby authorize and
empower, irrevocably, any attorney of any Court of Record to appear for us in such
Court, in term time or vacation, at any time hereafter, and confess judgment, without
process, in favor of the holder of this Note, for such amount as may appeaz of unpaid
thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to waive and release all errors which
may intervene in such proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such
judgment, with five (5%) percent attorney's fees chazged; hereby ratifying and
