United States, and one year immediately preceding this application within the

That your petitioner was also residing within the limits, anct under the ju-
dition of the United States between the eighteenth day of June one thousand
ren hundred 'and ninety eight, and the fourteenth dap of April one thousand
;ht hundred and two, and still continues to reside therein.
