AFFIDAVIT
I, Amy Seaman, being duly sworn do hereby aver and attest as follows:
1. I have maintained my principal domicile and residence at my father's house
at 6250 Spring Knoll Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17111 since July,
2004.
2. I am registered to vote at that address and file my Federal, State and Local
taxes using that address. I have the present intent to return upon completion of my current
contract.
3. All assets of the Estate of Marci J. Hollenback will remain under my control
and will remain in Pennsylvania.
