AND NOW, this 12~' day of August, 2008, Upon consideration of the instrument dated
January 24, 2007, offered for probate, which names Catherine T. Hudson as executrix, IT IS
DECREED THAT Letters Testamentary are granted to Catherine T. Hudson. IT IS FURTHER
DECREED that in the event the executrix, Catherine T. Hudson, would fail to serve in her capacity, a
hearing would be scheduled to determine a successor.
