AND NOW, on this day of :> , .~--- , 2008, upon consideration of the
foregoing Petition to Amend Decree Awarding Real Estate, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the
legal description attached to the Decree Awarding Real Estate dated October 2, 1986, Book F 32,
Page 41 1 be amended to read as follows:
All that certain tract of land situated in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
ON the West by public road known as the Spring Road, Pennsylvania State Highway No.
34, fifty (50) feet; on the North by Lot No. 53 on the hereinafter described Plan of Lots,
one hundred fifty (I50) feet; on the East by parts of Lots 68 and 69 on said Plan, now
property of Beatrice E Fickes, fifty (50) feet; and on the South by Lot No. 50 on said
Plan, one hundred fifty (150) feet.
AND BEING Lots Nos. 51 and 52. Section S, on Plan of Lots laid out by the Oakland
Manor Realty Company of Carlisle, PA., said Plan being recorded in the Office of
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 3, Page 18.
TOGETHER with and subject to the right of ingress, egress and regress over the
driveway from Carlisle Springs Road through Lots 51 and 52 on Plan of Oakland Manor
recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds in Plan Book 3, Page 18, and through the
western portion of Lots, 69, 70A, 70, 71, 72, and 73 to other lands of Miriam E Woolucns
and .leptha B. Woolums and other land of Beatrice E. Fickes.
BEING the same which F. J. Fenstemacher and Carrie L. Fenstemacher, his wife, by deed
dated December 2, 1940, and recorded in Deed Book ",1", Vol. 12, Page 140, conveyed to
Clarence H. Billow and Ruth M. Billow, his wife. Ruth M. Billow died the 7`~~ day of
May, 1980, thus vesting the entire title in Clarence H. Billow.
