The Board of Directors of Cumberland Valley School District appointed Donald Smith at the
regulazly scheduled meeting of June 16, 2008, to serve as a member of the district's special
police.

I, Donald Smith, on this, the 12th day of August, 2008, do solemnly sweaz that I will
support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the
