PETITION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
AND NOW, comes Stephanie E. Chertok, Esquire, counsel for Robyn L. Smith, and avers the
following in support of her Petition:
1. Robyn L. Smith, is the Mother of Dana Gilsdorf and Brandon Gilsdorf.
2. Robyn L. Smith, filed a Petition by and through her attorney, Stephanie E. Chertok:, Esquire,
requesting to be appointed successor trustee for Dana Gilsdorf and Brandon Gilsdorf.
3. Robyn L. Smith, stated via letter dated August 8, 2008, that she would no longer need the
legal services of Stephanie E. Chertok, Esquire. A true and correct copy is attached hereto as exhibit "A."
4. Stephanie E. Chertok, Esquire, confirmed via letter dated August 13, 2008, that she would no
longer represent Ms. Smith in this action. A true and correct copy is attached hereto as exhibit "B."
5. It is this Petitioner's request, as well as Ms. Smith's request, that this Petitioner be; granted
leave to withdraw as Counsel for Robyn L. Smith.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant Petitioner leave to
withdraw as Counsel for Robyn L. Smith.
