Dear Mr. Griffie,
I am in receipt of your letters dated June 20, 2008 and July 23, 2008.
Please be advised that the Suffolk County Clerk's Office does not issue official verifications
and/or searches of records to certify that a judgment is or is riot "valid, enforceable and
unsatisfied."
These legal determinations are not issued by the County Clerk, rather are left up to private
title companies and title examiners who issue title insurance and/or conduct judgment
searches.
However, I can tell you that a judgment does exist in favor of Pamela Burke and against a
John Burke, docketed 9/14/1990 as Seq. # 154 for two hundred five thousand, two hundred
ninety four dollars and eighty six cents ($205,294.86) I can also tell you that there was a
partial assignment of this judgment in the amount of forty three thousand, one hundred and
nine dollars, and twenty three cents ($43,109.23) to Reisman, Peirez, Reisman & Calica.
L.L.P., with offices at 1305 Franklin Ave, Garden City, New York on 5/28/97.
To date, there is no satisfaction filed with regard to this judgment.
