That the Big Spring School District is a duly organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. That said Big Spring School District is desirous of and in need of School Police Officers. 3. The Board of School Directors requests that the members of the Newville Borough Police Department listed below be appointed as school police officers with the power to exercise the same powers as are now or may be hereafter exercised under the authority of law or ordinance by the police in the municipality wherein the School District property is located.
