ITEM III: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate of every name and nature and wheresoever situate, to my five children, William J. Kelly, III, of Charlotte, North Carolina, Anne Marie Dormer of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, Claire M. Walker of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth M. Williams of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and Barbara F. Bushey of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, in equal shares, or to their issue, per stirpes. ITEM IV: I appoint my son, William J. Kelly, III, and my daughter, Anne Marie Dormer, as Co-Executors, or the survivor of them as Executor, of this my Last Will and Testament. ITEM V: I direct that my personal representative, and their successors, shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
