For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero
(0) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.1) (ii)J. The statute does not exemot a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements
for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

PURPOSE OF APPRAISAL: The purpose of this appraise( is to estimate the market value of the real property that is the subject of this report based on a
quantitative sates comparison analysis for use in a mortgage finance transaction.
DEFINRION OF MARKET WALUE: The most probable price which a property should bring in a competitive and open market under ail
conditions requisite to a fair sale, the buyer and seller, each acting prudently, knowledgeably and assuming the price is not affected by undue
stimulus. Implicit in this definfion is the consummation of a sale as of a specified date and the passing of title from seller to buyer
under condttions whereby: (1) buyer and seller are typically motivated; (2) both parties are well informed or well advised, and each acting
in what he considers his own best interest; (3) a reasonable time is allowed for exposure in the open market; (4} payment is made
in terms of cash in U.S. dollars or in terms of financial araangemenrts comparable thereto; and (5) the price represents the normal consideration
for the property sold unaffected by special or creative financing or sales concessions* granted by anyone associated with the sale.
* Adjustrrrerrts to the comparables must be made for special or creative financing or sales concessions. No adjustments are necessary for those
costs which are normally paid by sellers as a result of tradition or law in a market area; these costs are readily identifiable since the
seller pays these costs in virtually all sales transactions. Special or creative financing adJustmerrts can be made to the comparable
property by comparisons to financing terms offered by a third party institutional lender that is not already irnolved in the property or
transaction. Any adjustment should not be calculated on a mechanical dollar for dollar cost of the financing or concession but the dollar
amount of arty adJustrnent should approximate the market's reaction to the financing or concessions based on the appraiser's judgment.
STATEMENT OF LINKING CONDRiONS AND APPRAISER'S CERTIFICATION
CONTINGENT AND LIMITING CONDITIONS: The appraiser's certification that appears in the appraisal report is subject to the following conditions:
1. The appraiser will not be responsible for matters of a legal nature that affect either the property being appraised or the title to it. The appraiser assumes
that the title is good and marketable and, therefore, will not render any opinions about the title. The property is appraised on the
basis of it being under responsible ownership.
2. The appraiser has provided any required sketch in the appraisal report to show approximate dimensions of the improvements and the sketch
is included only to assist the reader of the report in visualrzing the property and understanding the appraiser's determination of its size.
3. The appraiser will not give testimony or appear in court because he or she made an appraisal of the property in question, unless specific
arrangements to do so have been made beforehand.
4. The appraiser has noted in the appraisal report any adverse conditions (such as, but not limited to, needed repairs, the presence of hazardous
wastes, toxic substances, etc.) observed during the inspection of the subject property or that he or she became aware of during
the normal research irnoh-ed in performing the appraisal. Unless otherwise stated in the appraisal report, the appraiser has no knowledge
of any hidden or unapparent conditions of the property or adverse environmental conditions (including the presence of hazardous
wastes, toxic substances, etc.) that would make the property more or less valuable, and has assumed that there are no such conditions and
makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition of the property. The appraiser will not be
responsible for arty such conditions that do exist or for arty engineering or testing that might be required to discover whether such conditions
exist. Because the appraiser is not an expert in the field of ernironmerrtal hazards, the appraisal report must not be considered

5. The appraiser obtained the information, estimates, and opinions that were expressed in the appraisal report from sources that he or she considers to be
reliable and believes them to be true and correct. The appraiser does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of such items that were furnished by

The subject is older than five years old. All mechanical systems including heating, electrical and plumbing systems appear to be
working adequately. No warranties are implied in this statement.
The subject properly has an on site well and septic system. This is common for the area and have no adverse impact upon the
marketability or the home.
One or more of the comparable sales are older than six months old. Although there are comparable properties in the subject's
area, none have sold recently, therefore, sales in excess of six months old have to be used. All three comparables used were
the best available.
Although there are other similar home in the subject's neighborhood, none have sold recently. Therefore is was necessary to use
sales further than one mile from the subject property. The sales used are the best available.
The Intended User of this appraisal report is the Lender/Client. The Intended Use is to evaluate the property that is the subject of
this appraisal for a mortgage finance transaction, subject to the stated Scope of Work, purpose of the appraisal. reporting

physically inspected the listed personal property. The personal property was appraised to
determine the FAIR MARKET VALUE, AS OF d.o.d. January 23, 2008 & reported on
Apri123, 2008. The date of inspection was April 14, 2008.
The information and values contained in this report are based upon my experience as an
appraiser and other reliable sources. The personal property was found to be in

The term "Fair Market Value", as used in this report, is defined as follows: The highest price an
item would bring if the sale occurred under normal market conditions providing
1. neither the buyer or seller is acting under duress,
2. the property has been exposed on the open market for a reasonable length of time,
3. both the buyer and the seller are aware of the potential assets and defects,
4. no unusual circumstances are present.
This appraisal was based upon the following assumptions, limitations, and conditions:
1. The information contained in this report was gathered from sources considered reliable,
personal examination, research of authenticity and comparable sales and/or auction prices.
2. No responsibility is assumed for matters that are legal in nature, including, but not limited to:
the representation of others concerning the value, authenticity, condition, origin, or
provenance of an item appraised.
3. The appraiser assumed that a normal and careful examination of the property was sufficient
to determine its quality and condition and that no extraordinary examination procedures were
to be utilized, unless these were specially requested and the expenditure of funds therefore

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
GLADYS C. BARRICK
I, Gladys C. Barrick, of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I direct that all my legally enforceable debts and
funeral expenses, including all expenses of my last illness,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration
of my estate.
ITEM II: I bequeath any automobiles or motor vehicles I may
own at my death, my personal effects, such household goods if any
as may be my individual property and not the property of my
husband or awned jointly by me with him, and other tangible
personal property of like nature (not including cash or
securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, to my
husband, Paul W. Barrick, providing he survives me by thirty (30)
days.
ITEM III: Should my said husband predecease me or die on or
before the thirtieth day following my death, I bequeath my six
green plank bottom chairs to my daughter, Paulette C. Statler.
ITEM IV: Should my said husband predecease me or die on or
before the thirtieth day following my death, I bequeath three
hickory plank bottom chairs and three arrowhead plank bottom
chairs to my son, Wayne W. Barrick. '
ITEM V: Should my said husband predecease me or die on or
before the thirtieth day following my death, I bequeath the
balance of my tangible personal property and insurance thereon to

such of my children as are living on the thirty-first day after
my death, to be divided between them by my personal
representative(s) with due regard for their personal preferences
in as nearly equal shares as practical. I direct that any of the
foregoing articles not selected by such children shall be sold at
public or private sale by my personal representative(s), and I
further direct that the net proceeds thereof shall be
administered and distributed as a part of the residue of my
estate.

every nature and wherever situate to my said husband, providing
he survives me by thirty (30) days.

before the thirtieth day following my death, I bequeath to each
of my grandchildren as are living on the thirtieth day following
my death the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.

connection with such taxes, shall be considered a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate and shall be paid out

the Testatrix and the witnesses, respectively, whose names are
signed to the foregoing instrument, being first duly sworn, do
hereby declare to the undersigned authority that the Testatrix
signed and executed the instrument as her last Will and that she
has signed willingly, and that she executed it as her free and
voluntary act for the purposes therein expressed, and that each
of the witnesses, in the presence and hearing of the Testatrix,
signed the Will as witness and that to the best of his/her
knowledge the Testatrix was at that time eighteen years of age or
older, of sound mind and under no constraint or undue influence.
