IN RE: PETITION TO APPOINT A SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 26th day of August, 2008, upon
consideration of the Petition To Appoint a Successor Trustee for
Trust under Will of Donna Jean Kephart, also known as Donna J.
Kephart-Hoover, and pursuant to an agreement reached in open
court among the interested parties, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
1• The trustee named in the will of Donna J.
Kephart, namely Glenn Caudill, is no longer under consideration
for his appointment as trustee due to the filing of his
renouncement of same; and
2• By agreement of the beneficiaries, including
Dana M. Gilsdorf and Brandon M.
Gilsdorf, a minor, who is in
court today through representation by his mother, Robyn Smith, it
is agreed that Robyn Smith would be the successor trustee sub'ect
to the same terms and conditions as are set forth in the will]of
Donna Jean Kephart dated June 13, 2003, who died December 29,
2006, and whose will was probated here in the Cumberland County
Clerk of the Orphans' Court on February 9, 2007.
