(1) Approval of the settlement of this minor's Maim for $115,000.00 for Abby N.
Ficco, a minor, born February 14, 1997, IS GRANTED.
(2) From the settlement, a counsel fee of $2,750.00, IS APPROVED.

(3) From the settlement, a medical lien in thel amount of $148.17 pad

medical bills in the amount of $723.00, IS APPROVED. ~ _
(4) Costs of $797.66, IS APPROVED. III
(5) The net proceeds of $84,581.17 shall be I~placed in a federally insured '~'
interest bearing investment at LPL Financial, in the ,name of Abby N. Ficco, born
February 14, 1997.
(6) The account shall contain the following nptation: "NO WITHDRAWAL CAN
BE MADE PRIOR TO ABBY N. FICCO, BORN FE~RUARY 14, 1997, OBTAINING
HER MAJORITY EXCEPT BY AN ORDER OF A COURT OF COMPETENT
JURISDICTION."
(8) Terrence J. Ficco and Deborah A. Ficco ire authorized to sign any release
necessary to effectuate this settlement, and to then settle and satisfy the docket.
(9) Counsel for petitioners, John R. Zonarich, Esquire, shall file with the
