GOODLING, CONSTRUCTION hereinafter referred To as Contractor, AND WILLIAM N. GOODLING AND KELLY J. GOODLING, N/W hereinafter referred to as O~rner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct a single family dwelling, in LOT ~115-5805 FAWN MEADOW LANE, HAMPDEN TOWNSHIP, ENOLA, PA 17025, see attached exhibit ~A#, NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEFiENT WITNESSETH : That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in The agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for Themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant. GOODLING : (SEAL) LEGAL DESCRIPTION ALL that cc~tahu piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Hampden Tox~nship, Cm~berland CounW, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a poim on the Southern right-of-way line of Fawn Meadow Lane (50.00 feet wdde), smd point being located at the Northeastern corner of Lot No. 114; then along said right-of-way line of Fawn Mcado'a, Lane, North 88 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds East, for a distance of 107.00 feet, to a point at the Northwestern corner of Lot No. I 16; then along the Western boundary line of Lot No. 116, South 01 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds East, for a d/stance of 135.00 feet, to a point in line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said other lands of McNaughton, South 88 degrees 30 minutes 15 seconds West, for a distance of 107.00 feet, to a point at the Southeastern corner of Lot No. 1 [4; then along the Eastern boundary line of Lot No. 114, North 01 degrees 29 minutes 45 seconds West, for a distance of 135.00 feet, to a point and the place of BEGINNINO. This piece, parcel or lot of land consists of approximately 14,445 square feet of land, has an address of 5805 Fa%xm Meadow Lane, and is known and numbered as Lot No. 115 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Westbury - Phases VIIA and VIIB, which is recorded in Cumberland Cotmty in Plan Book 86, Page 4. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which.The McNaughton Company by its Deed date~t.¢~ ~- ,2004 and about to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto William H.
