being one of the heirs of Claire Ann Rettberg, Deceased, late of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that, upon execution and
delivery of this Release, I will be receiving of and from Rose N. Warren, Administratrix
of the Estate of the said Decedent, the following in full satisfaction and payment of all
such sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, intestate shares and~mily exptions to
which I am entitled by Will or as an heir-at-law and to which I am e%~d frol~,the ,tote

said Estate and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and
demands whatsoever, for and by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to_ the date of these presents.
