All that certain tract of land situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 24 as shown on a plan entitled "Hamlet
Square, Final Subdivision Plan, Lot Dimensional Plan South," dated June 16,
2006 by PennTerra Engineering, Inc, State College, PA, being and recorded
June 26, 2007 in The Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 94 Page 89. `
