COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Pennsy Supply, Inc., is a Pennsylvania corporation maintaining an
office and place of business located at 1001 Paxton Street, P.O. Box 3331, Harrisburg,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant, Trostle Masonry Contractors, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation
maintaining an office and place of business located 122 E. Portland Street,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. Defendant, Glenn A. Trostle is an adult individual who conducts business
and/or resides at 122 E. Portland Street, Mechancisburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055.
4. Defendant, Barbara A. Trostle is an adult individual who conducts business
and/or resides' at 122 E. Portland Street, Mechancisburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055.
5. Defendant, Christopher A. Trostle is an adult individual who conducts
business and/or resides at 122 E. Portland Street, Mechancisburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055.
6. Defendant, Dendra E. Trostle is an adult individual who conducts business
and/or resides at 122 E. Portland Street, Mechancisburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055.
7. At the special instance and request of the Defendants, Plaintiff sold and
tendered to Defendant various building materials and related goods and merchandise for
which there is presently due and owing to Plaintiff the sum of $18,096.92, plus interest at
the rate of 1'/2% per month.
8. Plaintiff has rendered to Defendants Statements of Account showing a
balance due to Plaintiff by Defendants in the amount of $18,096.92, to which the
Defendants have not objected and an account has therefore been stated between Plaintiff
and Defendants as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein, in the amount certain of $18,096.92.
9. A copy of the Personal Guaranty as executed by the Defendants, Glenn A.
Trostle, Barbara A. Trostle, ChristopherA. Trostle and Dendra E. Trostle is attached hereto
and incorporated as Exhibit "B". Pursuant to the terms of the Personal Guaranty the
Defendants have guaranteed any indebtedness due and owing by Defendant Trostle
Masonry Contractors, Inc. to the Plaintiff.
7. Defendant Trostle Masonry Contractors, Inc. executed a Credit Application
dated April 9, 1999 wherein they agreed to pay reasonable attorney's fees, and therefore

Defendant is obligated to Plaintiff the amount of $3,619.38 ($18,096.92 x.20). A copy of
the Credit Application is attached hereto as Exhibit "C".
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendants in the amount
of $21,716.30, plus interest at the rate of 1'/2% per month and the costs of suit.
