Weaver, Contractor ALL TItOSE two certain tracts situate in Silver Springs Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: TRACT 1: BEGINNING at a point marked by an iron pin in the center line of Beech Cliff Drive (L. R. 21053), at comer of Lot now or [brmerly of Thomas P. Nelson, and designated as Lot No. 2 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Jack F. McCaan, as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book No. 24, Page 91; thence extending along the center line of Beech CliffDrive (L.
