Judge Susan K. Day that she has recused in Gayle Hande v. Kimberly and Greg Dunbar, it is
hereby directed that Magisterial District Judge Jessica E. Brewbaker be assigned to hear the case. The
hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 1:30 PM at Judge Brewbaker's office.
